Onsite EAP counseling

SupportLinc, the employee assistance program (EAP) for ARUP Laboratories, includes free onsite EAP counseling located at 606 Arapeen Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84108, just within the southeast entrance of building 606.

SupportLinc provides confidential counseling and other resources to ARUP employees for concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, work-life balance, relationships and healthy lifestyle management. To schedule a confidential 30-minute appointment with a SupportLinc onsite EAP counselor, please choose a date and time in the box to the right. If you wish to schedule a 60-minute appointment, please schedule two consecutive 30-minute appointments.

Meet your counselors

Ryan Vanetta (Onsite only): Ryan has been working in mental and behavioral health for over twelve years and has spent the last six years specializing in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression and mental illness. He is trained to use DBT, EMDR and other evidenced-based therapies to resolve and heal the core issues that contribute to mental illness. You will find him to be open-minded, kind-spirited, free of judgment and he will honor you, your story and protect your privacy. “I believe that all humans are doing the best they can and that at our core we all have a need for deeply meaningful and supportive relationships.”

Specialties include: Trauma, anxiety, depression and mental illness.


Betsy Henninger (Onsite only): Betsy has been a Clinical Mental Health Counselor for 20+ years. She owns a private mental health counseling office and works with individuals, couples and families ages eight and up. She has extensive experience using CBT, DBT, Solution Focused and EMDR techniques when working with people experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress and trauma. She strives to provide a safe place for individuals to feel supported when overcoming the challenges of daily life. Betsy believes that people are doing the best they can and sometimes need the tools to help them move forward.

Specialties include: Depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, family and relationship concerns.


Rebecca Rico: Rebecca is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience working in the mental health field. She received her Masters from the University of Utah, where she then moved on to work in an outpatient setting with individuals, families and couples. She then moved on to work in a facility setting where she worked directly with adolescents and their families. She believes in individualizing care based on the client’s needs and helping her clients discover healing through building self-confidence.

Specialties include: Depression, self-esteem, anger management, work stress, trauma, problem-solving, substance use and marital/couple/family concerns.


Alicia Fisher: Alicia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience providing counseling services in the Salt Lake City area. She works with adults and has experience providing a supportive environment for the LGBTQ+ community.  Alicia’s therapeutic practice is grounded in a humanistic approach that prioritizes creating a safe and non-judgmental space to facilitate healing.

Specialties Include: Trauma, anxiety, depression, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, addiction and grief.
