Onsite EAP counseling
SupportLinc, the employee assistance program (EAP) for ARUP Laboratories, includes free onsite EAP counseling located at 606 Arapeen Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84108, just within the southeast entrance of building 606.
SupportLinc provides confidential counseling and other resources to ARUP employees for concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, work-life balance, relationships and healthy lifestyle management. To schedule a confidential 30-minute appointment with a SupportLinc onsite EAP counselor, please choose a date and time in the box to the right.
If you wish to schedule a 60-minute appointment, please schedule two consecutive 30-minute appointments.

Meet your counselors
Betsy Henninger (Onsite only): Betsy has been a Clinical Mental Health Counselor for 20+ years. She owns a private mental health counseling office and works with individuals, couples and families ages eight and up. She has extensive experience using CBT, DBT, Solution Focused and EMDR techniques when working with people experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress and trauma. She strives to provide a safe place for individuals to feel supported when overcoming the challenges of daily life. Betsy believes that people are doing the best they can and sometimes need the tools to help them move forward.
Specialties include: Depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, family and relationship concerns.
