Onsite/Virtual Counseling

Del-Co’s suite of benefits includes free, onsite and virtual counseling for all employees and dependents. Participants may schedule confidential, onsite or virtual (video) sessions with a licensed clinician to address common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, preventing burnout, building resilience, relationship issues and alcohol or substance use concerns.

To schedule an appointment,  click on the desired date/time on the calendar and book your appointment.

All virtual sessions will take place on Tuesdays.

All in-person sessions (Mondays and Wednesdays)  will take place at the below location:

  • The Admin building in Christine Monge’s office, located in the first office on the left outside of the lunchroom

For all virtual sessions, Ebony will reach out to you with instructions on how to access your session.

*EAP is a support service, and as such, this is a confidential relationship directly between you and the service. Remember only to use your personal and not work email when accessing any private service such as this.


Meet your counselor

Ebony Cherry is a licensed clinical social worker committed to supporting emotional and mental wellbeing. In her over two decades of clinical practice, she finds the most reward in supporting employees, family members and organizations through life situations, changes and challenges.

Ebony holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. But it was her Master of Business Administration (MBA) that enriched her passion for starting conversations about mental health at work and doing all she could to de-stigmatize mental health. Ebony lives in Delaware, Ohio, is married with a son and enjoys laughing, traveling to visit family and being outdoors in fall and winter (especially snow).
