Meet your counselors
Michelle Cermak, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 9 years of experience helping people overcome obstacles in their lives. She uses various techniques in addition to talk therapy to help individuals regulate their moods and let go of what no longer serves them. Her goal in counseling will include developing a deeper understanding of empowerment and the concept of the “whole person.”
Specialties lnclude: Anxiety, Stress Management, Depression, Life Transitions, Family and Work Stress.

Lady Esther Agyepong holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Anna Maria College and a master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. She is the founder and president of Excel Social Services Inc, New Beginnings Youth Foundation, which serves at risk youth on the continent of (west) Africa. She is passionate about giving back to her Nigerian roots, serving underprivileged populations and empowering individuals with tools to succeed.
