Dedicated Virtual (video) Counseling: appointment scheduler for Indeed employees and their families
Indeed’s suite of benefits includes short-term free, virtual counseling for all eligible participants, as well as their spouses, partners and adult dependents up to the age of 26. Participants may schedule confidential, virtual sessions with a licensed clinician to address common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, preventing burnout, building resilience, relationship issues and alcohol or substance abuse concerns.

If you wish to schedule a 60-minute appointment, please schedule two consecutive 30-minute appointments.

Joanne lurato is an experienced psychotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from The Catholic University of America and has a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Walden University. She is also a Master Certified Life Coach assisting persons who are experiencing life transition issues and work challenges. Joanne’s specialties include treating persons with neurological challenges, anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, substance abuse, divorce, and family of origin issues. She is also trained in Trauma Focused CBT Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, DBT, Integrative Therapy, Social Cognitive Therapy and Applied Behavioral Analysis.
Linda Valera is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with advanced training in the Applied Behavioral Sciences. She blends a variety of evidence-based therapeutic styles to provide an integrative approach to the helping profession that is tailored to each individual, particularly those within the LGBTQ+ community. Therapy with Linda will be strength-based and solution-focused. Though visualization and reflection, Linda encourages self-empowerment through an exploration of courage, strength and self-awareness.
