Onsite and Video Counseling
Kraft Heinz’s suite of benefits includes free counseling sessions for all employees. Participants may schedule confidential face-to-face or virtual (video) sessions with a licensed clinician to address common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, preventing burnout, building resilience, relationship issues and alcohol or substance use.

Please note: Counselors are unable to provide sessions to individuals living outside of the state they are located in.
