Counseling:
Collaborative relationship between a counselor

Meet Your Counselor/Coach
Linda Rovito is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 24 years of experience in the mental health field. She tailors her treatment and approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Reality Therapy. For the last 15 years, Linda has been in private practice, where she provides counseling services to individuals and couples. In addition to her private practice, she has actively participated in Health Fairs and company training programs, further contributing to community mental health awareness and education.
Specialties Include: Depression, relationships, anxiety, grief, job stress and family stress.
