Supervisor Handbook
CuraLinc Healthcare, provider of the SupportNetwork program, developed a Supervisor Handbook to help client managers and supervisors deal with employees whose personal problems are affecting their job performance. The attached handbook is a guide to the management-specific resources available through SupportNetwork. Management consultation
These confidential discussions with SupportNetwork’s consultants provide managers guidance on how to approach difficult conversations and situations with associates in need. Some examples may include instances where managers have noticed declining work performance or change in attendance. Additionally, the consultants may provide guidance on interpersonal conflicts that impact a team’s ability to be successful. Contact us by phone at 1-888-402-WELL (9355).
Any guidance is meant to support company practices and procedures. The consultants will not provide guidance regarding disciplinary action. Any employment action taken as a result of the guidance provided must be approved by HR or immediate supervisor.
Training services
We understand the importance of getting a high level of contribution from every individual within an organization. To help clients develop the competencies of their employees, we provide customized workshops and training modules designed to make a client’s staff and supervisors more effective. SupportNetwork training programs are divided into two broad categories:
TOPICAL TRAINING Topical training modules on various subjects allow clients to use us as their own private organizational development resource. All modules are customized to meet a client’s training objectives.
BENEFIT TRAINING Through benefit training, our trainers will provide a client’s staff and supervisors with the tools and knowledge to utilize the program and/or wellness programs most effectively.
