She currently maintains a very small private practice and takes her clients' healing journeys very seriously. Her therapy style is eclectic, warm, intuitive and interactive. For those interested, she can also integrate spiritual knowledge and practices into therapy. Sessions will utilize education, dialogue and skills building.
Specialties include: Trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting stress, pain management, work-life balance and stress management.
