Virtual (video) and Onsite Counseling
Sierra Nevada Company's suite of benefits includes free virtual (video) counseling for all eligible employees. Participants may schedule confidential, virtual (video) sessions with a licensed clinician to address common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, preventing burnout, building resilience, relationship issues and alcohol or substance use concerns.
