Virtual (video) EAP counseling

South 32’s Hermosa’s suite of benefits includes free, virtual (video) counseling for all eligible participants based out of any location. Participants may schedule confidential, virtual (video) sessions with a licensed clinician to address common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, preventing burnout, building resilience, relationship issues and alcohol or substance abuse concerns.

Meet your counselor

Yolanda Capriles has 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing a variety of issues.  She completed her B.A. in Psychology in Venezuela and continued with her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from McGill University in Canada. She worked in Chicago where completed her second Masters Degree in Child and Family Law at Loyola University. She utilizes different approaches in therapy with a focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.

Specialties include: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief and loss
