Critical Incident Response (CIR) services are intended to reduce trauma’s acute symptoms and to prevent the development of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). SupportLinc training programs are divided into two broad categories:
Topical training - Explore modules on more than 90 subjects, allowing clients to use us as their own private organizational development resource. All modules are customized to meet a client’s training objectives.
Benefit training - Through benefit training, our trainers will provide a client’s staff and supervisors with the tools and knowledge to utilize the EAP/MAP and/or wellness programs most effectively.
