Onsite and Video Counseling for Charlotte

USAA’s suite of benefits includes free counseling sessions for all employees. Participants may schedule confidential face-to-face or virtual (video) sessions with a licensed clinician to address common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, preventing burnout, building resilience, relationship issues and alcohol or substance use.

Antranique Neblett has been working in the mental health field for almost 20 years, guiding her clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives. She is passionate about her work and confident in her skills to help you build healthy coping skills. Her approach is non-judgmental, and services are catered to the individual needs of the client. She works on both an individual and group basis.

Specialties include: Anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, phases of life changes, relationship conflicts, domestic violence, ADD/HD and trauma.
