Onsite and Video Counseling for San Antonio Bank Clinic

USAA’s suite of benefits includes free counseling sessions for all employees. Participants may schedule confidential face-to-face or virtual (video) sessions with a licensed clinician to address common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, preventing burnout, building resilience, relationship issues and alcohol or substance use.

To schedule a free, confidential session, please select a date and time from the calendar to the right.  To schedule a 50-minute session, please schedule two appointments in a row.

Meet Your Counselors

Lauren DeHan is a Licensed Professional Counselor with several years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Strength Based care and is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. “My education and trauma-informed training has helped clients identify how past life experiences, their thoughts and habits contribute to their current maladaptive behavior.”

Specialties Include: Depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management and life transitions.


Ann Allard is a Licensed Professional Counselor with varied experience in the field. Ann has worked at residential treatment facilities, school districts and a community mental health center. She is passionate about helping people tap into their inner strengths to become their best selves. Prior to her career in mental health, Ann was active in her community in Florida, where she was president of a local chapter of an international moms’ club. Ann is an Air Force retiree where she worked as a satellite communications technician, instructor, Quality Air Force facilitator and eventually as a management analyst.

Nelda Rodriguez is an LPC with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Nelda offers consultation, coaching, trauma response and counseling in both group and individual settings. Nelda’s counseling approach includes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, etc. She is a skilled clinician who ensures clients are provided with individualized counseling and provides referrals to other levels of care when needed.
