Onsite and Video Counseling for Tampa Commerce Park

USAA’s suite of benefits includes free counseling sessions for all employees. Participants may schedule confidential virtual (video) sessions with a licensed clinician to address common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, preventing burnout, building resilience, relationship issues and alcohol or substance use.

To schedule a free, confidential session, please select a date and time from the calendar to the right.  To schedule a 50-minute session, please schedule two appointments in a row.

Sessions will take place in-person unless a virtual option is chosen. Please meet the counselor at your scheduled time in the below locations. See email for virtual session instructions.

*EAP is a support service and as such, this is a confidential relationship directly between you and the service. Remember only to use your personal and not work email when accessing any private service such as this.

*EAP care is not designed to assist in the needs for the purposes of leaves of absence. The EAP counselors will be unable to assist with any paperwork related to these needs.


Meet Your Counselor

Kimberly Pacheco is an LMHC who has served in the therapeutic field for over 10 years providing counseling and crisis intervention services to children, teens and adults impacted by traumatic exposures, as well as serving in the corporate setting providing supportive counseling. Kimberly believes in the resiliency that lies within every human spirit providing a safe environment where clients can feel supported, respected, and free from judgment. Kimberly is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART); she uses an integrative therapeutic approach consisting of cognitive restructuring and an empowerment model while maintaining a trauma-informed approach.
